“An Analysis of the Party-Hill Bay Rock Alignments” – 1978

This report covers the fieldwork by the author and a substantial crew of students who were especially interested in the unusual series of rock alignments at the Party Hill Bay site. This site is located in southeastern California, approximately 15 miles northwest of Baker, California. The site is situated just west of a chain of low hills that bound the Silver Lake playa on its western shore.
